I've had this product for over two years and I am thrilled with the results. It's hair removal, one at a time. You can feel the unit working but I do not find it painful even in sensative areas, but it does have an adjustment for those with a lower pain tolerance. The facial hairs I have removed over two years ago have never come back. I had laser treatment last year, but alas it too is a hair reduction, not elimination. I've used the vector electrolysis to hit the hairs as they come back and I am very happy to say I am at the point I do not shave except my armpits anymore. I have not figured out a way to comfortably hit that area. I did the epilator over a decade ago and waxing, this is my preferred hair treatment method. -- patience and perserverance required
