This product is awesome. I have been going to the Electrolysis for some time now and decided to try this product because it was getting too expensive and I couldn't find the time to drive over to my electrolysis office. For those of you that have ever gone to the electrolysis, you know that it is painful and does take several treatments, but the plus side is that it permanently removes unwanted hair unlike waxing and laser. I decided to try this product because the price of this product was still cheaper than one session at the electrolysis and second because I can do it in the privacy of my own home and do it whenever I have extra time. For those of you that complain about the pain, it's equivalent to what you experience when at the electrolysis. This product isn't for everyone, if you don't have time, don't purchase. It will take some time dependent on the location and growth of your hair. It may not be a one time thing, but for the price you can't beat it. If you are one to complain about your hand hurting, then leave it to a professional. This product is for those of us that are self conscious and willing to take the time to rid our unwanted hair. Also I purchased at my local Sally Beauty Supply store, this might save you some shipping cost. -- Great Product
This product is exactly what I expected. It is a little painful, time consuming, and WORKS when it's done correctly. If people want something that's going to be permanent, it's going to take time and some discomfort. The pain is not more than a pinch, so it's worth it for the permanence. For the price, you won't find any better options for permanent hair removal. -- Meets expectations
Upon using this product I found it EXTREMELY time consuming, irritating, somewhat painful, and left me covered with teeny scabs for a week post-treatment. I sold this item within a month of purchasing it. Here I am many many months later, returning to say that the area that I treated has about 50% less hair growth than before and I'm actually considering purchasing this again to finish up treatment. It's a tough call. This machine has alot of cons, scabbing being the biggest issue for me, but this is one of the only machines that seems to deliver permanent results at such an affordable price. I just can't afford laser treatments and extra body hair makes me miserable. I think by writing this review I came to decision. It's worth it, but only by a hair. ;] -- Conflicted
